Yoga


              Tibetan Five Rites:

         A long time secretive yoga practice that was taught by the Tibetan Yogis in the
         Himalayan Mountain Region. Its the sequence of these five yoga moves that are
         key to unlocking their powerful effects. These Yoga poses are specially designed
         to align the energy vortexes called our Chakras.

Guide to Self Healing
 

1. Reveal Thy Self
Sit in a quite place, any position you are comfortable in. Close your eyes and say either
out loud or in your mind; REVEAL THY SELF.
Say it once and when the next thought comes repeat again. Take a deep breath and repeat
for as long as you can sit comfortably. 

2. Cleansing- I love you, I'm Sorry, Forgive Me, Thank You
This is a powerful cleanse and can be said at anytime, any where, any sequence. 
The more you repeat these phrases the more you begin to humble yourself which leads  to ridding the ego.

3. Slowing Down
We all need to slow down. The world around us is moving at a much faster pace that ever before.
Our minds are being fed more information than ever before. Slow down to look, to listen, to process life around you.

4. Talking With the Divine
We need to have an inner dialogue within ourselves. The belief that the Divine Light resides within you.
"The Kingdom of Heaven is within you" .
